REFUND POLICY 

ADVANCED CLASS 

COURSE STRUCTURE 

The BAUMERO Advanced Class consists of 9 sequential levels, each offered as a separate one-month course. 

Each level includes 6 standard sessions. Additional visits are available at no extra charge as needed to complete the product within the enrollment period. 

CANCELLATION BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION 

A full refund is available if the course is cancelled before the first session begins. 

CANCELLATION AFTER THE FIRST SESSION 

Students may cancel their enrollment at any time. 

Refunds are calculated based on the 6 standard sessions per level, subject to applicable law. 

 • After 1 session: 2/3 of the course fee refunded. 

 • After 2 sessions: 1/2 of the course fee refunded. 

 • After 3 or more sessions: No refund.

ADDITIONAL VISITS

Additional visits are provided at no extra charge to help students complete their products within the enrollment period. 

These visits have no separate monetary value and are not included in the 6 standard sessions for the proposed refund calculation, except where otherwise required by law. 

MULTIPLE LEVELS 

Each level is treated separately for refund purposes.

Any levels that have not yet started are eligible for a full refund.

MATERIALS

Materials are purchased separately and are not included in the course fee. Material purchases are subject to their applicable return policies. 

CANCELLATION BY BAUMERO If BAUMERO 

is unable to provide the course, students will receive a refund for the portion not provided, or any greater refund required by applicable law. 

REFUND REQUESTS 

Refund requests must be submitted by email. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
