HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE

2. Carefully pack your product together with the appropriate service voucher.
3. Arrange shipping to BAUMERO using a carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for sending their products to our studio in South Korea.
4. Once the service is completed, BAUMERO will ship your product back to the address provided during registration.
