REFUND POLICY
BEGINNER COURSE
COURSE STRUCTURE
The BAUMERO Beginner Course consists of three sequential steps, with an estimated total duration of 21 hours.
• STEP 1 — KEY RING: 3 hours
• STEP 2 — WALLET: 6 hours
• STEP 3 — BAG: 12 hours
These durations are estimates and may vary by student. For refund purposes, the standard 21-hour course duration is used regardless of actual working time.
CANCELLATION BEFORE THE FIRST STEP
A full refund is available if the course is cancelled before Step 1 begins.
CANCELLATION AFTER THE COURSE HAS BEGUN
Students may cancel their enrollment at any time during the course.
Refunds are calculated based on the steps that have been started, regardless of whether they have been completed.
The following deductions apply:
• After Step 1 begins: The cost of 3 hours (3/21 of the course fee), plus a 10% cancellation fee.
• After Step 2 begins: The cost of 9 hours (9/21 of the course fee), plus a 10% cancellation fee.
• After Step 3 begins: No refund is available, subject to applicable law.
The cancellation fee is calculated as 10% of the total amount paid, where permitted by applicable law.
REFUND CALCULATION
Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid − Cost of Started Steps − Applicable Cancellation Fee
The cost of each step is calculated proportionally based on its standard duration within the 21-hour course.
A step is considered started once instruction or work on that step has begun.
Refunds cannot exceed the amount paid, and no additional payment will be required if the calculated refund amount is zero or negative.
CANCELLATION BY BAUMERO
If BAUMERO is unable to provide the remaining classes, a refund for the unprovided portion will be issued without a cancellation fee, in accordance with applicable law.

All refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory legal provisions differ from this policy, those provisions will take precedence.
