ORDERS 

· BAUMERO leather products are made to order. 

· Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

General Products 

· Unused general products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, or within a longer period where required by applicable law.

· For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the item to our studio in Seoul, South Korea. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. 

Made-to-Order Leather Products

· Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted for made-to-order leather products where permitted by applicable law and where this condition was disclosed before purchase. 

Defective or Incorrect Products 

· If your product is defective or does not match its advertised description or stated specifications, contact us at contact@baumero.com before returning it. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law. 

· Please include your order number and photos of the issue. Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

· All approved returns must be shipped to our studio in Seoul, South Korea. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and completing any required customs documentation. Please contact us for return instructions before shipping. 

NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS 

· Leather is a natural material. Minor variations such as scratches, stretch marks, wrinkles, spots, visible pores, and veins are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. 

· Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and screen resolution. Product dimensions may also vary slightly depending on the measurement method. 

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
