All Baumero leather products are handcrafted by skilled artisans upon order. Therefore, it may take 1-2 weeks before your order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cases Eligible for Returns or Exchanges 

If there is a defect in the product, we offer free repair, exchange, or refund within 7 days of purchase. 

If the product does not match the advertised description or quality standards, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Cases Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges 

Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. Refunds cannot be provided for damage caused by customer negligence or improper care and cleaning of the product.

*Natural leather may feature minor scratches, stretch marks, wrinkles, spots, pores, or visible veins.

*Colors and textures may appear slightly different due to monitor resolution.

*There may be slight variations in measurements depending on how the size is measured.
