REFUND POLICY
OPEN PROJECT CLASS
COURSE STRUCTURE
The BAUMERO Open Project Class includes regular sessions and complimentary sessions.
Complimentary sessions are provided as an additional benefit of enrollment and offer the same instruction as regular sessions.
CANCELLATION BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION
A full refund is available if the course is cancelled before the first session begins.
CANCELLATION AFTER THE FIRST SESSION
Students may cancel their enrollment at any time during the course.
For cancellations after the course has begun, the refund will be calculated by deducting:
• The cost of completed sessions, calculated based on the regular session rate.
• A cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid, where permitted by applicable law.
The cost per regular session is calculated by dividing the total amount paid by the number of regular sessions included in the purchased course.
COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS
Complimentary sessions are provided as an additional enrollment benefit and have no separate monetary value.
For refund purposes, all completed sessions are counted toward regular sessions first.
Complimentary sessions are excluded from the calculation of the cost per regular session.
Any unused complimentary sessions are forfeited upon cancellation of enrollment.
REFUND CALCULATION
Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid − Cost of Completed Sessions − Applicable Cancellation Fee
The cost of completed sessions is calculated at the regular session rate, up to the total number of regular sessions included in the purchased course.
Refunds cannot exceed the amount paid, and no additional payment will be required if the calculated refund amount is zero or negative.
CANCELLATION BY BAUMERO
If BAUMERO is unable to provide the remaining classes, a refund for the unprovided portion will be issued without a cancellation fee, in accordance with applicable law.
